These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between ffb7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of the ffb7 website available at https://ffb7.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and services offered thereunder.

By accessing the ffb7 platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with ffb7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and ffb7.

2.1 Age Requirement. The ffb7 platform is strictly available to adults aged 21 years and above. By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ffb7 takes its age-verification obligations seriously and may request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review triggered by account activity patterns.

2.2 Eligible Players. Registration is open to individuals who: (a) are aged 21 or over; (b) are acting on their own behalf and not as an agent for any third party; (c) are not employees, contractors, agents, or family members of employees of ffb7 or any of its technology or content partners; and (d) have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by ffb7 for breach of these Terms.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the ffb7 platform. The operation of duplicate or multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address, is strictly prohibited. ffb7 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to be operating duplicate accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or withdrawals processed through those accounts.

2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You further agree to update your information promptly if any details change. ffb7 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). In order to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and to verify player identity, ffb7 may at any time request one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months); and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ffb7 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ffb7 immediately by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, ffb7 will take reasonable steps to secure the account, which may include temporary suspension pending investigation.

3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ffb7 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts in accordance with our fair-use policy. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. Any remaining balance will be preserved for the player to reclaim upon re-verification of their identity.

3.4 Account Closure. Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. ffb7 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳BDT). 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, high-value deposits may be subject to enhanced verification requirements under our AML policy.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three banking days to clear, depending on the issuing bank and the time of submission.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and five banking days. ffb7 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts that significantly exceed the player's historical deposit pattern.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. ffb7 does not accept deposits from, or issue withdrawals to, any payment method that is not registered in the player's own name. Third-party payment arrangements are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4.7 Transaction Fees. ffb7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge fees of their own; ffb7 has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party charges.

5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on ffb7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. Sports betting rules, including rules governing void bets, postponed events, and in-play market settlement, are published in the Help section of the platform and are updated from time to time.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. ffb7 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion. This includes bets placed on markets where a technical error has produced incorrect odds, bets placed after an event has commenced where the platform has not been able to verify the live state of play in time, and bets placed in circumstances that suggest abuse of promotional offers.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on ffb7. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game screen before a bet is placed. Limits may vary by market, game, player account, and promotional period.

5.4 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, FIFA for international football, BPL for Bangladesh Premier League). In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, ffb7's decision, made after review of available evidence, shall be final.

5.5 Casino and Slots Games. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as indicated) must be wagered using real-money stakes before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. ffb7 reserves the right to determine which players are eligible for any given promotion. Eligibility criteria may include account verification status, deposit history, geographic location, and account standing. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, the placement of offsetting bets, or the exploitation of promotional loopholes — will have their bonus funds voided and may have their accounts suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified on the promotion page will expire and be removed from the player's bonus balance without notice. It is the player's responsibility to review and comply with promotional validity periods.

6.5 Changes to Promotions. ffb7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any change to a promotion will not affect bets already accepted under the previous promotional terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ffb7 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event covered by the ffb7 sportsbook.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or misfunctioned odds to place bets that a player knows or ought reasonably to know do not reflect the true market.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the ffb7 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of ffb7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. ffb7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content; (b) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the platform; or (c) frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of the platform into another website or application without the express written consent of ffb7.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party software providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by ffb7 under valid licensing agreements. 9.3 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ffb7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, even if ffb7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Cap on Liability. In any event, ffb7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ffb7 account during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Force Majeure. ffb7 shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, governmental action, power failure, or telecommunications network failure.

Your privacy is important to ffb7. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by ffb7 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ffb7 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
